Join us for the Community Building Initiative’s signature bus tour – “Charlotte in Black and White … and More” – to discover a fuller version of our city’s history, its diverse neighborhoods and how “what’s in the ground” impact our present and our future. 

The interactive bus tour will be led by community historian Dr. Tom Hanchett who helped develop and launch the tour with the Community Building Initiative in 2011.
